Cancellation policy

Up to 5 rooms:
We do not charge for cancellations up to five days prior to arrival, after this, depending on the booked stay, a maximum of three nights will be charged.

In July and August up to 10 days prior arrival we do not charge any fees. For cancellations less than 10 days prior arrival, a maximum of three nights will be charged, depending on the stay. 

From 6 rooms onwards:
We do not charge for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival.  

For the non refundable rate no cancellations or modifications are allowed. Non refundable deposit of 100% of the full stay including tax is required at the time of booking.
