Check-in & Check-out
Our rooms are guaranteed to be ready for occupancy from 15.00 on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 11.30 on the day of departure.
Parking space
Underground covered parking costs CHF 25 per day. Covered outdoor parking spaces are available free of charge.
Charging station for electric cars
Recharge your electric car free of charge during your hotel stay at the Castello del Sole.
There are 10 free charging stations for your electric car.

Dogs
Your trusty four-legged friend is also welcome. Around the hotel you can enjoy a variety of walks along the lake and the Maggia river.
At the hotel, your dog is welcome in your room, on the sunbathing lawn by the swimming pool and in the Cortile Barbarossa (outdoor area of the hotel bar). Please note that dogs are not allowed in our park, on the beach, in the restaurants or in the spa area.
