At Tavolo Carpino, Chef Deepanker Khosla, the creative force behind HAŌMA in Bangkok, invites you to discover a menu shaped by his Indian heritage, his journey from East to West and a profound respect for nature and sustainable cuisine.

For this special evening at Castello del Sole, he brings his distinctive Neo-Indian culinary vision to our Chef’s Table at Tavolo Carpino, set within the park, where expressive flavours, elegance and precision come together in an intimate setting.

Awarded a Michelin star and a Michelin Green Star, HAŌMA is internationally recognised for its sustainable philosophy and its distinctive approach to fine dining.

The evening takes place in an intimate and convivial atmosphere – one shared table for an experience to enjoy together.

Due to the special location of the table and the nature of the experience, allergies and intolerances can only be accommodated to a limited extent. Furthermore, the menu cannot be adapted to special requests or individual preferences. Children are welcome; however, please note that the menu cannot be adapted for them either. In case of bad weather the evening is cancelled.
